Situation And Development Of Tourism Agriculture In Wenzhou

Wenzhou is a city which owns superior natural conditions and ecological environment, abundant agricultural products resources, long history, splendid culture, beautiful scenery and colorful ethnic amorous custom. With so rich agricultural tourism resources, it’s a needing solved difficulty that how to reasonable utilize these resources, and achieve sustainable development Deeply research into tourism and leisure agriculture also can further exploit tourism resources rationally, promote development of agricultural tourism, improve the rural ecological environment, divert surplus rural labor force, solve part employment problem, adjust the industrial structure of agriculture and promoting rural economic development, ultimately promote the building of new socialist countryside.Researching into the state, trait and trend of leisure agriculture domestic and abroad, we proposed developing of leisure agriculture is an important way to ensure the comprehensive agricultural productive capacity, advance and optimize the overall urban ecological environment, increase recreational function, improve income of peasants in rural area, guarantee Wenzhou retaining green and beautiful agriculture in urbanization progress. Secondly, with the history and conditions of leisure agriculture in developed countries and regions, combined with superior natural, social and economic conditions in Wenzhou, it is pointed out that Wenzhou possesses the necessary conditions for leisure agriculture, which is standing at a critical point of development with a new historical opportunities ahead.Advantages and disadvantages was summarized for Four tourism agriculture types of sciece and technology type, holiday leisure type, characteristic industry type and country tour type by analyzing the present situations of the development of economy and tourism agriculture. According to each type, cases were choosed to analyse their economic benefits, social benefits and ecological benefits.Combining the construction situation of the four tourism agriculture garden types, the following countermeasures were suggested:Persisting in scientific programme, developing local characteristic, strengthening market leading and policy support, enhancing management and training, intensifying publicty and promoting ecological protection.
