| As in-depth academic research on the corporate social responsibility, corporate social responsibility is concerned by a lot of scholars, at the same time, corporate employee social responsibility is also a vital part which was concerned, especially in the social background of the implementation of "Labor Contract Law" and the SA8000certification, the enterprise can not be avoided maintaining the legitimate interests of employees. As labor-intensive industry, the phenomenon such as low business employee satisfaction and high mobility raises the academic and business concerns on the enterprises employee social responsibility.On one hand, based on review on the existing literature and relevant theories, the content of social responsibility of employees, employee loyalty and the relationship between the elements will be analyzed in the paper. On the other hand, Based on the theory analysis, we drew up the questionnaire on corporate employees social responsibility and employee loyalty, combined with the reliability and validity, and derived from the basic human rights, wages, health and safety, work time and the freedom of association and collective bargaining rights of employees as social responsibility scale, and the emotional loyalty, norms loyalty, ideal loyalty and continued as the employee loyalty scale. Finally, the descriptive statistical analysis methods such as factor analysis, difference analysis, correlation and regression analysis method is used as an empirical test.The study also found:in the field employees social responsibility, there is no significant difference between the work time in the current corporate, business nature and the various dimensions of social responsibility. there is no significant difference between the different academic staff employees and the various dimensions of social responsibility. Gender, age, and job responsibilities of employees are not fully associated with different dimensions of the corporate social responsibility. In terms of employee loyalty, there is no significant difference between the age, education, enterprises in the current time and the job duties and the various dimensions of employee loyalty. There are significantly differences between gender, corporate nature and the different dimensions of employee loyalty. |
