In the area of knowledge economy, knowledge workers become the company’s core staff, because of its special significance to the emergence and existence of the past with the different characteristics of industrial workers, It is a key to gain a sustainable competitive edge through strengthening the management of knowledge workers. So it is required in human resources management to focus on maintaining the team stability and reducing knowledge workers’departure. Turnover active may be created through research on predict turnover intention, this study on knowledge workers in job satisfaction and turnover intention relationship between the two study conducive to knowledge workers is to understand status of job satisfaction and help companies to develop appropriate human resource management measures.The empirical research based on previous studies with the characteristics of knowledge workers. Research summarized five variable factors:The work itself, interpersonal relationship, personal development, corporate governance and work rewards.The research showed that:(1) Knowledge worker job satisfaction and turnover intention were significantly related; Knowledge worker job satisfaction and turnover tend to have a significant negative correlation Relationship.(2)Knowledge workers of various factors of job satisfaction are in the middle a little by the average, the highest satisfaction of which the work itself, followed by interpersonal relationships, personal development, corporate governance, work rewards, Job satisfaction and overall employee not at a high level, there is no more significant state of high satisfaction.(3)Job satisfaction and turnover intention exist significant differences in the population variable.According to the results, for human resources management there are some recommendations:Focus on Corporate Culture; Improve staff training system to improve staff loyalty; Second-tier cities need to attract talent companies,and first-tier cities need to focus on retaining the talent; State-owned enterprises on the performance need to further improve on appraisal and promotion system and inspire employees to participate in awareness; Enterprises should focus on communication links with staff and communicate more.
