For the marketing channel,the rather popular definition is one kind of access together that product would be transferred to the consumer from the manufacturer by the middleman,it also to be called channel of distribution。Any manufacturing firm need build the adaptive channel of distribution by itself,especially,all the modern industries hope to keep the lasting competitive edge via the channel’s advangtage。The the power of retail dealer and the distribution partner increase more and more with the rising of the buyer’s market. Then,the manufacturermust cut the cost of the channel of distribution as far as possible based on the cost’s consider, development of modern science and technology produces the heavier pressure for the extension of channel,under the circumstances, the enterprise need one kind of more scientific way or tool to teach the cost control and value promoting during the service of distribution channel to improve the market competitiveness for the enterprise and its production.This text takes WG company for example to introduces consumer’s feature of manufacturing enterprises of agricultural machinery and policy environment in the country’s agricultural machinery subsidy policy, then to analysis the sales channels construction and maintenance and incentive cost from this small enterprise farm machinery products, and then,to the management theory of marketing channel to analysis detailedly from service function of explore channel in the application of agricultural machinery industry.It come up with that strengthening the marketing channel management is one of the important ways to reply the farm machinery manufacturing industry production subject imbalance to reduce the production cost.It also puts forward ideas of exploring the service function to solve the questions of service overstaffing,low efficiency and high cost, and the service satisfaction is not high for the farm machinery manufacturing enterprise.to propose application model of optimizing agricultural machinery enterprise marketing channel; to guarantee marketing channel is loyalty and enthusiasm for the enterprise through the way of guaranteeing market sales of absolute value.Also added the operating way of marketing channel management under the subsidy policy environment of state farm machinery purchasing and the farm machinery products sales under the environment of the increasing growth in the network marketing,and the channel management in national farm machinery purchase subsidy policy environment in the operation of the network marketing methods, and the growing environment of farm machinery products sales research in this paper, the establishment conforms to the small farm machinery products marketing.This text is to analysis and study for building the marketing channel management mode accord with small farm machinery products,it shows that this mode’s application is effective to improve the management and comprehensive Competitiveness for enterprise.The conclusion:to realize agricultural machinery enterprise production as well as to improve the relative balance the channel of the loyalty and the comprehensive competitiveness of products is feasible and effective through strengthening the market marketing channel management.its optimization method has the universal operability to agricultural machinery for the enterprise.
