Under the rapid global productivity increasing, enterprises are facing the more and moreserious situation. With the developed economic globalization and the rapid development ofInternet technology, each existing profit potential of the market at any time is waited by theinflux of competitors. This article relying on theories in the field of Business ProcessManagement, General Motors Finance Limited, more than steam, for instance, proceedfrom the corporate status quo, business process-centric, enterprise business processmanagement, business process management the application of theory in the GMAC-SAICAutomotive finance Corporation, summed up the SAIC-GM-unique business processmanagement model, the process for improving the business process management thoughtthe transition from theory to practice, to reconstruct enterprise business processoptimization point of view management model, to improve the capacity of enterprises tomarket changes, will play an important role in the same time, the business processes tooptimize the management of the actual operation of reference and guiding significance forother companies, this focus reflects the business advantage, cultivating corecompetitiveness of practical significance.
