Based On System Dynamics Supply Chain Joint Managed Inventory Simulation Research

Along with the globalization and the information interaction fusion, single enterprise has been unable to get enough resources also does not have the enough power to occupy the market alone, so the supply chain management concept came into being. Supply chain management emphasis on outside the organization integration and the dependence of the value of the common, through the information sharing and coordination of organization behavior, so as to improve the service level, and reduced operating costs, reduce demand amplification effect etc, and improving the value of each enterprise in the supply chain.Based on system dynamics theory, inventory control, supply chain management and supply chain inventory management types are reviewed. Secondly analyzes the system dynamics in constructing joint managed inventory model of supply chain, the feasibility of building a model to determine the purpose and boundary. Finally construct supply chain joint managed inventory model, and use Vensim software simulation operation, through the simulation output data to describe the curve and four types of typical market demand for the influence of the inventory, and concluded that joint inventory managed will be reducing the inventory level conclusion in the supply chain.
