With the history of the development of ecology of the earth.human history is just a short moment,but this moment is long enough to make the human footprint imprinted in evety corner of the earth.Human activities throughout around the world..With the development of human and economic society.environmental issues have become increasingly serious like the supply of resources which people on the needs of to produce and live ican not meet their needs,the environment that people rely on for survival has been destroyed in recent years.the phenomenon that environmental pollution is damaging the development of economic is endless.While as a major manufacuter of all the environment issues above, the enterprises is also affected profoundly by these issues.So as to the healthy and sound development enterprises should pay more attention to the environmental issues.Based on this background.environmental cost accounting has been studying in this paper.The background and significance of study has been defined firstly,the results of environmental cost researching and its characteristics at home and abroad had also been reviewed and analyzed as a summary;secondly the conception.features and content of corporate environment costs has been defined:Thirdly the corporate environmental cost accounting system which this paper attempt to establish will be used for HH chemical industry which is a example for this paper.and the results of using this system will be analyzed.Some proposals in establising environmental costs accounting will be advance in the ending part of this paper in order to contribute to the environmental costs in theory and practice of in China.
