Along with the knowledge economy arrival, human resources has become a keyfactor affecting enterprise competitiveness, and training as the component of humancapital inputs is playing a vital role in enterprise’s growth process. Compared withforeign enterprises,our enterprises still have insufficiency, for example, inadequateinvestment in training,the training system not perfectly, the training technique sole,training content backwardness, know little about training demand, have difficulty inarousing enthusiasm on staff. These questions are together restricting our countrySmall and medium-sized enterprise training pattern development, compared with theoverseas some main developed countries, enterprises of our country train the modes tomostly take theory as the core, lacking practice training of skill. This kind of“heavytheory, but short of practice”training mode has seriously limited the enterprise staffpotential display, and has especially hindered the development of enterprise own.Consequently, this article in view of present situation and the insufficiency in Ourcountry Small and medium-sized enterprise, as well as the advantage of the trainingmode overseas, summarizing the new training mode with characteristic of Chinese,and then analyzing the performance of the mode with the real example. The resultindicated that, the enterprise trains has the direct remarkable influence to theenterprise culture, the enterprise culture also has the direct remarkable influence totrains, but the enterprise trains to the enterprise achievements does not have the directremarkable influence. Finally aimed at the content which this article analyzed topropose some policy and suggestion about how to improve the enterprise trainingpattern, and urging the development of enterprise.
