Technical innovation is the core strength to drive the corporate Developing. According the lack ability of technical innovation in today’s middle and small size technological corporations, studying how to upgrade the corporation ability of technical innovation by connecting theory and own experiences to study BeiEn company’s actual condition.In this paper, firstly, I formulate the technical innovation and ability of technical innovation theory of the middle and small size technological corporation. Then compare the strength and lack of ability of technical innovation between big size corporation and middle and small size technological corporation, analyzing currently ability of technical innovation of middle and small siz.e technological corporation. Via interrelated abilities evaluation system of technical innovation to analyze currently abilities of technical innovation of BeiEn company. Looking into the restrict factors and subsistent problems of technical innovation ability in BeiEn company. Finally, bring forward strategy proposal to upgrade technical innovation abilities of BeiEn.
