Research On The Key Technology Collaboration System Of Strategic Emerging Industries

In recent years, the development of strategic emerging industries has attractedworldwide attention, It has become a key role of economic transition in our country.Because of technical structure and complex processes, how to use the technologyadvantages, strengthen the communication and cooperation of processes andtechnical abilities during the relevant enterprises, it has become the key to thedevelopment of strategic emerging industries.This paper introduces the theory of strategic emerging industries over theworld and the development of strategic emerging industries, analyzes the commontechnical problems of the strategic emerging industries. By analyzing theevaluation of key technology, the factors of cooperative system, the evaluation andselection of the cooperative partner, the collaborative system and the evaluationfactor of the collaborative system, to find the path and method of the keytechnology collaboration. Finally taking photovoltaic industry for example, byconstructing the key technology collaboration system of Hefei photovoltaicindustry and analyzing the system performance, found the problems of the keytechnology collaboration system between the Hefei photovoltaic industryenterprises, and put forward the related policy and suggestion.
