Innovative city is one form of city which is drived by innovation elements andcentralizes innovative resources highly. The construction of an innovative city canimprove the autonomous innovation ability, elevate the core-competitiveness of thecity, and promote the change in the pattern of economic growth. The cooperation ofinnovation elements is needed during the construction. Technology and finance arethe two most active elements of the socio-economic development. The developmentof economic relies on technology, the development of the technology needs a strongboost of finance, the effective integration of the two elements is the base to form aperfect system. It is significant for the promotion of technological progress, and thedevelopment of strategic emerging industries,and also benefit of accelerating theeconomic development mode.As the first national science and technology innovative pilot city, Hefei hasput the scientific and technological innovation as a strategic support for many years,instituted a series of correlative measures in integration of technology and finance.All these has made great progress in promoting the integration of technology andfinance, forcing technological achievements transform into real productive, andfinally promoting the development of enterprise in science and technology.
