Integrated International Cooperation Theory And Sino-us Cooperation On Clean Energy

The diessrtation can be divided into three big parts, namely introduction, body and conclusion.At the beginning of the introduction, the autor points out the dissertation’s realistic significance, academic value and the current research situation. Also the author intoduces the dissertation’s research route, approach, important and diffcult points as well.The first part of the body introduces and sums up the reasons and conditions of the international cooperation theories about neo-real ism, neo-liberalism and constrcutivism. Based on the threes theories, the author integrates the cooperation theory. The author thinks that the reasons of international cooperation compose of three parts:mutual interests or common interets, the international circumstances pressures and shared knowledge. The author also thinks that the conditions of international cooperation include five aspects:assurance of security, same congitation, having regimes, correct anticipation and dealing with disputes rationally as well.The second part of the body retrospects the history of Sino-US clear-energy cooperation. Then the author introduces the current situation of all cooperation fields. This suitation includes achievements and problems, Currently, the two countriese has established a relatively sophisticated and strategic bilateral cooperation mechanism and signed a series of specific cooperation agreements. The Sino-US clear energy cooperation also has many problems,such as the shift of core technique, trade protectionism and domestic obstructive factors.The third part of the body analyses the reasons, conditions and dispute factors of Sino-US clear-energy cooperation. The author thinks, that the reasons have three aspects:international enviorment pressure, the pursuit of common or mutual intersts and shared knoeledge. The conditons includes assurance of security, the cognitive consistency, the existence of the mechanism and rational attitudes in dealing with conflicts. The dispute factors include the excessive concern for the relative benefits, change of cooperation environment, information or communication barriers and the vulnerability of Sino-US identity.The conclusion summarizes the preceding main points. The author points out that compared with three main international cooperation theories, the integrated international cooperlion theory have a better explanation to cooperation phenomena. This theory also explain the case of Sino-US clear energy cooperation well.
