In particular, technology has become one of the most active and valuable factorsin modern enterprises. As far as the science and technology manufacturing enterprisesconcerned, technical capital has become one of the key sources for them to gain theircompetitive advantages, owing to technical capital’ nature and their managingcharacteristics. In recent years, science and technol1ogy manufacturing enterprises inour country have begun to increase investment in research and development, as wellas raise their consciousness of intellectual property protection. However, for a longtime, we attach great importance to controlling input factors structure and ignore inputfactors innovation, put emphasis on technology introduction and pay no attention totechnology research and development, also ignore the secondary innovation oftechnology import. As a result, industrial hollow phenomenon has become a severeproblem in some areas. So, if the science and technology manufacturing enterpriseswant to gain their competitive advantages in the brutal market, they must have tochoose a proper technical capital management pattern. Research on the interactionmechanism between products life cycle and industrial technology life cycle, providestheoretical basis for the science and technology manufacturing enterprises to choose aright technology capital management pattern.By using literature review method, this paper forms its study thought based onthe research status of technology capital management pattern at home and abroad andits theory basis. By using logical analysis method, this paper analyzes the connotationof science and technology manufacturing enterprises and its development status, aswell as the value increment effects and function mechanism of technical capital onscience and technology manufacturing enterprises. By adopting modeling method,this paper constructs interaction mechanism model of science and technologymanufacturing enterprises’ life cycle and industrial technology life cycle, and themechanism model of its life cycle and competitive advantages of technical capital. Byadopting case analysis method, this paper further states the application of technologycapital management pattern and life cycle in different stages.This thesis demonstrates and illustrates from eight parts.Chapter1is the Introduction. It illustrates the background and significance of this topic, also summarizes the study status of element capital, technical capital and thevalue creation of technology capital, and reviews the study, and then puts forwardresearch contents, methods and techniques.
