Sichuan province, in the hinterland of southwest China, is a important center of the material distribution in China and business prosperity. As the capital of Sichuan province, Cheng du is identified as the central of commerce, finance, technology centers, transportation and communications in the southwest region by the State Council.Many international well-known enterprises enter’Sichuan and run companies. The rapid development of economy not only result to the completion is becoming more fierce, and contribute to the fundamental change of people’s concept and value. The competition has shifted to the contest of the human resource and the human capital in modern market.Understanding of the employees’job satisfaction and turnover intention, will help us to develop appropriate measures in human resource management, as a result, we can effective retain the human resources that the firm’s core talents, and develop the competitiveness of enterprises. The researching, by combing the theory and the practice, fixing the enterprise of different ownership as the objects in Sichuan province and then considering the different feature of workers, compiling the questionnaires. Then, we made the survey in many factories and enterprises. So, we got the data in personal job satisfactions and turnover intentions. Next step, by the software of SPSS16.0, we analysis the data in different aspects. As a result, we put forward some valuable suggestion for the enterprises of different ownership for developing job satisfaction and reducing turnover intention.The study also has some shortcomings, we will make further improvement in future researching.
