Development of information technology, the dramatic changes of diversified nature of the work and human resource structure exacerbate work family conflict. As a source of work stress, work family conflict do not only influence job performance, job satisfaction, organizational performance, but also lead to the turnover of staff (many of whom are excellent employees). Therefore, the utilization of scientific methods to alleviate staff’s work family conflict has become a research hotspot in recent years. Based on organizational relationship, Perceived organizational support can ease the stuff’s work family conflict and improve job performance.In the theoretical point of view, the paper analyzed previous research and enriched the relational research findings through studying the relationship of perceived organizational support、work family conflict and job performance in Chinese culture background and provided theoretical guidance for more improvement of the relationship between enterprises and stuff.In this paper,156stuff of Chinese enterprises were tested. SPSS16.0statistical analysis of the data was used for descriptive statistics, the related analysis of the relationship of work family conflict and job performance, and finally examined multiple regression analysis of perceived organizational support to the relationship of work family conflict and job performance. The following conclusions:(1)stuff experience low work family conflict. the level of WIF is significantly higher than the level FIW.(2)Age、work experience、demographic variables and family structure are important factors of influencing the stuff’s work family conflict.(3)The stuffs work family conflict and job performance have a significant negative relationship.(4)Perceived organizational support play a regulatory role in the relationship of work family conflict and job performance.Based on the above findings, It is important to reduce work family conflict and increase stuff’s perceived organizational support by organizational efforts.As far as I’m concerned, I have learned the theory of human resource management knowledge and practiced in different enterprises, so I advise the organization and stuff to ease the work family conflict and balance the relationship of work and family as following: For organization, organization should provides instrumental support for its stuff and establishes specialized organizational support according to its own actual situation. It is also effect to establish supportive organizational culture to lay a foundation to support the effective implementation. For stuff, they should’encounter work family conflict with optimistic mood and ask superiors、 colleagues and family members for help.The innovation of this paper is that organizational support will be introduced to work family conflict research as an adjustment variable. The paper does not only enrich the related research, but also provides theoretical guidance to develop appropriate support strategies for business organizations. In addition, cultural differences may cause differences in conclusions of the study, so we carried out the research based on Chinese culture, this conclusion may have been different from the previous conclusions and views, which greatly enriched and supplemented the international research of work family conflict and perceived organizational support.
