| Apart from savings, bonds and other traditional business, China’s commercial bank personal financial services began in the1990s. The personal wealth management business of commercial bank in China has made tremendous progress with an alarming rate in recent years.The main contents of this study include the following aspects.1. Features of development, the performance and impact of the homogeneity of personal financial products of commercial banks in China.2. Characteristics of environment, investors and suppliers of personal financial market in China, and the cause of homogeneity of personal financial products of commercial banks.3. Solutions to the homogeneity of personal financial products of commercial banks in China.There are five chapters in this thesis. Among them, the first chapter introduces the research background and significance of the study, the relative theories, main research contents, research methods, and the innovation.The second chapter includes three parts in all. The first part is the summary of the development of personal financial products of Chinese commercial banks. Then, the second part illuminates performance of homogeneity of personal financial products of commercial banks, and its impact in the third part.In the third chapter, there are three parts. The first part is about the analysis of investor needs, features of personal financial markets and comparison between institutions in them, and environment of personal financial market of commercial banks. The second part is the sum-up of the characters of personal financial market of commercial bank. Then in the third part, the causes of homogeneity of personal financial products of Chinese commercial banks are concluded.In the fourth chapter, the suggestions are proposed to solve the homogeneity problem based on the perspective of the market from the point of view of commercial banks and industry regulation.The fifth chapter is about the outlook on the prospects for the development of personal financial market of Chinese commercial banks, and the summaries of the shortcomings of this thesis.The innovation of this thesis is that making the homogeneity problem of personal financial products of Chinese commercial banks the subject of this thesis which hasn’t been studied a lot. And this problem is studied from the point of view of commercial banks and industry regulation in this thesis, considering the environment factors of personal financial market of Chinese commercial banks and the features of investors and commercial banks themselves. |
