The Empirical Study Of Assets Appraisal Contribution To Economic Development

With China ’s economic development as well as the reform and opening up, the assetappraisal industry in China has made rapid progress during the past twenty years,becoming an indispensable and professional services industry in the economy. Assetappraisal, as an intermediary service, has become the foundation of restructuring ofenterprise, reorganization, sinoforeign cooperative business operation and some otherimportant market economy activities. It not only protects the legitimate rights and interestsof various economic subjects but also play an important role in preventing the loss of thestate assets and corruption and maintaining the national economic security. The assetappraisal industry promote the positive relationships with the economy and it has madeimportant contributions to economic development.At present, economic development and asset appraisal are keywords highlyinterrelated with each other in China. Development of economy raises demand for higherand higher service quality of asset appraisal. Meanwhile, properly measure the significanceof asset appraisal to economy becomes a hot topic in both industrial world and academy.Due to the reform of economic systems in last decades, both government and people havesome incorrect cognition about the asset appraisal. Moreover, the misunderstandings oflaws and public can raise the professional risk of asset appraiser and even the entireappraisal industry. Consequently, properly measure the contribution to economy made byasset appraisal is one of the most important topics in both asset industry and academy.The economic contribution of asset appraisal has been expatiated and analyzedsystematically in this essay.
