China's Banking Internationalization Present Situation Analysis And Countermeasure Of Choice

At present, the banking industry in the financial systemin our country hold the dominant position. In September2008,the global financial crisis outbreaked,many large financialinstitutions especially bank financial institutions of theworld faced the dilemma of being splitted, acquisitions andcollapsing.In this context, we still should base on the realityof our country, conform with the development trend of financialglobalization and confirm the banking firminternationalization operation direction.This paper attempts to promote the internationalization ofdevelopment of banking industry related to the theoreticalanalysis, and in combination with the current financial andeconomic development reality, focus on the analysis of thepresent stage in China international banking progress,influence and the existing problems, and summarizes the maineconomy in western developed countries bankinginternationalization experience and lessons, and on the basisof China’s banking industry last in how the issue of thedevelopment of internationalization, and puts forward someopinions of his own. The main content of this paper and thestructure arrangement is as follows:The content of the first part is a brief overview of thebanking internationalization about the concepts and relatedtheory. About the concept of banking internationalization,there still has being are differences so far in academia. Generally, the banking internationalization refers to "incountries domestic financial supervision and relax the reformof the financial system, and implementation of opening up, andon the basis of its business activities across national borders,out and the international countries increasingly financialintegration process and state together." Some related theoryof promoting the development of banking internationalizationmainly includes: international trade theory,internationalcapital flow theory of Marx and Lenin, foreign direct investmenttheory and industrial organization theory etc.The second part is combined with the concrete practice ofthe internationalization of China’s banking industry, thispaper analyzes the current international progress and theinfluence and exsiting banking problems. Theinternationalization of China’s banking industry makingsignificant progress, setting up the overseas financialinstitutions, developing overseas financial business, bettersupport China’s economic "go out". Development of bankinginternationalization has positive impact to the enterprises,the financial industry even to the whole country. At the sametime,there also are many problems of the system in the processof banking industry internationalization of China.The third part of the content mainly summarize the mainexperience and lessons of banking internationalization ofwestern several developed countries in the process of economicglobalization.In this part,firstly,this paper review theprocess of banking internationalization of the Britain, the United States, Japan and other major developed countries, andthen tally up the related experience, finally provide somereference for international development in China’s bankingindustry.The last part of the content mainly proposed some bankinginternationalization solutions,based on summarizing in thebanking industry international foundation,to deal with theproblems of the choice at present and in the future for a periodof time. Deeply summarize the experience and lessons of thisfinancial crisis, the reflecting excessive and unlimitedfinancial innovation, promote risk management systemconstruction; and Gradually perfect relevant laws andregulations, the establishment and the international bankingsupervision standards in the legal environment of moderateloose, support the conditions of Chinese Banks to realizeinternational business; Prudent to promote financial systemreform, especially the bank inside the organization governancestructure reform; Speed up the bank institutions overseasnetwork construction, expand overseas bank business, etc.
