The21st century is the era of knowledge-based economy, and talent and companies are getting closer. Talents become the key of companies. Management personnel as the core decision making that plays a vital role in the development of the enterprise, excellent management staffs are also increasingly become the object pursed by major companies. Especially for the pharmaceutical manufacturers, talent is the source of the enterprise development. Therefore research and the pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprise management incentive impact on enterprise performance incense more important. Incentive and balance the development of the enterprise is not only able to fully mobilized the enthusiasm of the management staff, but also allow the companies at a competitive advantage improve business performance. This paper is based on our country medicine manufacturing enterprise with the theoretical and empirical combination, to analysis the impact on business performance management staff incentive for using the qualitative and quantitative analysis method.This paper first provides an overview and literature on pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprise management incentive and cooperate performance. We find that there are some achievements in the western developed countries, but in China is still in a controversial stage especially study less in medicine manufacturing enterprises. In this context, to research our country medicine manufacturing enterprise management incentive is important for corporate performance. On this basis, firstly using data for our medicine manufacturing enterprises of our country management incentive to enterprise to analysis the business performance, and then choose Shanghai49listed pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprise for three years of sample data, this paper puts forward the research hypotheses and inspection according to the data model enterprise annual report, social responsibility report of the disclosure of financial data and relevant information to the enterprise management incentive and enterprise performance of the relationship of the correlation analysis and linear regression examine. We found in this paper that the majority of our pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises pay the salary and equity incentive on firm performance has a significant positive impact, and good management incentive will help improve the business performance. And firm size, corporate control over weather one factor for a firm, there is no obvious significant. Based on this, our medicine manufacturing development should executive compensation and equity incentive. Finally according to the theoretical analysis and empirical test, draw the relevant conclusions and suggestions.
