Research On Continuing Profit Pattern Of Property Insurance Companies In China

Our country’s insurance business has kept rapid development since itwas fully restored in1980. Benefit from the support and protection fromthe national polices, a lot of insurance enterprises especially the onesdeveloped earlier have got generous profit even they just took theextensive management. However, as comprehensive open of ourcountry’s insurance business in recently years, more and more foreigninsurance companies entered into china market and competition becomemuch intensifying which will surely break the market competition ofinsurance business in China. In addition，China’s economy is undergoingthe key period of transformation of the way of the economic development,Which provides the bigger market and challenges. To insurance business,accelerate the transformation of development mode and construct thesustainable profit pattern is not only the essential way to solve theunbalance, inharmonious and the deep-stated problems in this industry,but also the urgent need to realize the sustainable in new stage.In this paper, firstly, the author reviews the domestic and foreignscholars’ profit pattern research as well as its importance to theenterprises’ development. It focuses on the profit pattern of propertyinsurance companies in our country, analysis the main profit pattern indifferent stages and its characters of property insurance companies. Secondly, it makes a specific analysis of the necessity of choosingsustainable profit pattern from two aspects including internal factors andexternal environment. Then summarizes the characters of the profitpattern and points out the existing problems and shortcut. At last, thispaper presents the suggestions to improve the construction of Chinaunited property insurance companies’ sustainable profit pattern, whichcan be used for reference by common insurance companies to chooseprofit pattern and realize sustainable development. It will also providenew ideas for our insurance companies and help them to win advantagesin competition, at the same time, it will be a new way to enhance thecompetence, so that to make our insurance companies achieve sustainabledevelopment in the market of economic transition.
