Research On Influencing Factors Of Cash Dividend Distribution For Listed Companies Of New Energy Industty

The main purpose of this paper is to study influence factors of cash dividenddistribution by SPSS18.0statistical software, on the basis of cash dividend distribution ofnew energy listed companies in China during the2007-2011periods, and according tothese influence factors and the existing problems, this paper put forward some improvingsuggestions. Aiming at the characters of subject, the paper uses both the standardizedresearch and the empirical approach analysis.First of all, this paper reviews the researches of cash dividend policy on the basis ofresearch achievements at home and abroad, and this paper formulizes the relatedconcepts and theories of cash dividend.Second, the status of cash dividend distribution of chinese new energy listedcompanies are analyzed, this paper puts forward some problems：the form of dividenddistribution diversities，the ratio of cash dividend distribution is not high，cash dividenddistribution has stage characteristics，cash dividend policy lacks continuity and stability,payout level is low and the difference is great， and tries to find out the reasons for theseproblems.Third, the paper put forward the influence factors of cash dividend distribution fromseveral angles, making an empirical research from two aspects of distribution tendencyand distribution strength.On the study of distribution tendency, using Logistic regressionanalysis method to come to conclusion: profit ability, the scale of the company, capitalstructure are associated with distribution tendency. On the study of distribution strength,using multiple linear regression analysis method to come to conclusion: profit ability, thescale of the company, capital structure, operating capacity, growth ability aresignificantly associated with distribution strength.Finally, according to the empirical results and the problems of cash dividenddistribution, this paper tables some proposals to perfect this distribution policy.
