| Since2006, Micro Blog, a new type of social media, has entered into our eyes. Assmart mobile phones spread, Micro Blog shows its special features like timeliness andeasy-to-use. China Mobile Guangdong12580has begun to explore the operation of thisnew media since2010. Till now, it has had over550,000fans and released more than10,000pieces of information.This paper analyzes the China Mobile Guangdong12580Micro Blog operation andoutsourcing. The paper first introduces enterprise Micro Blog and outsourcing, includingdefinitions and academic research results. Then it describes the development course,current situation of the development and Micro Blog operations of China MobileGuangdong12580. After13years operation,12580has developed hundreds of businessessuch as traffic and telephone querying and nowadays it provides170,000times customerservice per day. Its official Micro Blog, which has been opened on Sina, Tencent andChina Mobile platforms, acts as an important front for information releasing, marketingpromotion and interactive communication. But there are problems in the rapiddevelopment of12580’s official Micro Blog, like low quality and effect of spread andincomplete evaluation of operation.Therefore, this paper begins to analyze these problems through quantitative research,comparative analysis and survey. It finds that the lack of professional planning and operationteam, professional monitors and analyzers and relative regulations, which can be attributed tothe personal working ability and regulations, are the main reasons for these problems.Finally, this paper puts forward that the outsourcing is the most efficiency way tosolve the Micro Blog operation problems based on the analyzed results. In order to controlrisk, achieve performance goal and become more professional in Micro Blog operation,China Mobile Guangdong12580needs to set up an evaluation system to evaluateoutsourcing from vendor selection, process management and performance. |
