Project management includes human resourcemanagement,plan and risk management,cost management and qualitymanagement,Quality control, a very important element of qualitymanagement, is an important method to establish the process preventionsystem, maintain the stability of production, and ensure product quality.Through the implement in the BIW process,it shows the advantageand efficiency of modern project management mathods.There are twoparts of this thesis,the theory and mathods of modern project managementand their implement in E model cars and the lessons learned.Through the advanced project quality management mathods used inthe BIW project, we develop a useful and high efficient methods in EcarPlatform BIW project.
