Since China’s reform and opening-up, the pet economy in Chinahas silently delevoped, caused the widespread attention of socialall circles and attention. More and more families would like toinclude their beloved pets as one of the family members.Theyshow great enthusiasm on it, but more and more pet lovers havefelt owning a pet brings huge economic pressure, economicpressure and this will translate into mental pressure too. Pet inbring happiness at the same time, has also become a burden.UK has been developed the Pet-medical insurance, and now themost feasible is Chinese medical insurance development. Inmarket view, Pet-medical insurance market will have a greatdevelopment space in the future.The insurance company thatwant to has a big sum of market share or in a good position in thefuture market competition, must analysis the comsumer needsand preferences in their own pet-medical insurance conceptdesign to distinguish the target customer groups, as well as theevaluation of new products in the market share. Therefore, theinsurance company will have a product of chinese pet-medicalinsurance that suitable for Chinese consumers.This article mainly from the two aspects of the needs of targetcustomers:(1) application of means-end chain approach (MEC), analysis ofcustomer purchase medical insurance for the pursuit of basicpurpose, through the method of step depth interviews, graduallyanalyzes customer for pet insurance attribute layer, layer of theinterest and value layer satisfaction factors, and established from the attribute to the interest to the value of the intrinsic link. Thishelps in pet insurance design fully consider the value of customerneeds, and new products to meet these needs.(2) Application in combination analysis of the consumerpreferences of the products of different combination and theapplication of the multivariate statistical regression methods toestimate and measure the importance of various attributes, givingthe consumer the product attribut This article is mainly focusingon how pet-medical insurance breakthrough the market byconsumer demand analysis,offers some valuable suggestions forthe company that interested in delevop new product ofpet-medical insurance which has strong practical significance.es and attribute level of utility value that can predict andsimulate of new product market share.
