Research On Influence Of The Business Tax Transformation On The Industry And Enterprise

Business tax reform is not only a way to improve the tax construction, but alsomeans of macroeconomic regulation to reduce the third industry tax burden andpromote the development of the third industry. In order to study the influence of thebusiness tax transformation on the industry and enterprise, this paper uses173listedcompanies in the traffic transportation, construction and installation of possession andfinancial insurance, social services, real estate, communication and cultural industriesas the samples of the research object，by using the listed companies’2009financialdata, through the reform of business tax in advance to estimate the influence of VATassumptions. First, we studied the changes of turnover tax after business tax reform,then, to study the influence on listed company profits, and we found that in the thirdindustry which imposes business tax, the biggest change in profits happened inindustry like building installation industry, the real estate industry. Finally, based onthe analysis the changes of financial indexes in the listed company before and afterthe business tax reform, we made a conclusion of the influence of the business taxreform and turn business tax into VAT for these listed companies’ ROE and EPS, it isfound that of the enterprise, business tax reform will produce a direct significantinfluence on corporate operations and investment.
