The earliest western scholars in1968proved the relationship between accounting income and the stock price, the research literatures on the relationship between accounting income and the stock is endless. According to the research work reported by overseas scientists, accounting information indeed transferred new information to stock market. That is accounting information in the stock market is useful. China’s stock market is still an emerging market, the system and maturity of the subject is shallow, on the one side, it is being gradually improved and perfected, on the other side, it has its own characteristics. In such special circumstances, how much correlation between public financial information and stock price on securities market in China? Which financial index will influence stock price? How different financial indexes influence the decision of investors?This paper first reviews the domestic and foreign-related empirical research on the relationship between accounting information and stock prices, and then combing the related theory. Through comparative analysis obtained for the accounting information of listed companies on the stock price impact evaluation can choose a residual income pricing models, this model through multiple authentication of domestic and foreign scholars come to the good results of the analysis. This paper analyzes the correlation between the accounting indexes and stock prices based residual income pricing models by using the methods of correlate analyze and regression analyze. The results showed that the financial indicators of China’s listed companies have a certain impact on stock prices, and influence is increasing over time. China’s stock market has its own characteristics, so the choice of indicators should make the appropriate corrections. Indicators reflect the indicators of the profitability of the company’s earnings per share from the empirical analysis, the explanatory power of operating cash flows per share reflects the company’s cash flow indicators of the company’s stock price is relatively high, reflecting the ability of the company’s growth have some explanatory power also.
