Nowadays corporation social responsibility (CSR) has become the focus of public and international trend. In the west, researches on CSR have been exploited for several decades and have obtained much achievement no matter in theory or in practical research. Since the idea of CSR was brought to China, it gradually became the focus of researchers and society. Under the development of Chinese economy and the advocation of the construction of harmonious society as well as the scientific development value, the idea that enterprises are the main body of practicing CSR have been deeply accepted. Although much passion was devoted to the CSR research, the research achievement is still in the preliminary stage. In addition, CSR information disclosure level is very low, so there are more and more research on it and one of the hot topic is that what have a effect on CSR information disclosure. At present, research on CSR disclosure use the experience of western countries for reference. Empirical research is not enough, so this paper will study influencing factors for CSR by empirical method.First, review research results of CSR inside and outside country. On this basis, the paper put forward CSR disclosure content and evaluation method. Second, point out factors that probably affect CSR information disclosure. With regard to the fact of China, system factor was used in this paper to exploited influence for CSR information disclosure. In the end, this paper selected the149Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchange listed companies of2010as the research sample, conducted empirical analysis on the factors influencing China’s CSR information disclosure. This paper arrive at the conclusion that CSR Information disclosure is strongly influenced by market process enterprise size, business growth, the profitability of the business, and the size of the board of supervisors. Moreover, this paper demonstrated that financial leverage, the size of independent directors, the percentage of state-owned stake and the situation that general manager and chairman of the board are by the same person do not have impact on CSR information disclosure. Furthermore, the paper give recommendations for improving China’s CSR information disclosure.
