MG is based on a PC interact simulation system and constructs a multinational, dynamic and competitive environment.In the MG environment, every world includes five international companies which produce and market two types of wrist watch with different quality. They compete with each other in six major retailing market and one market of government procurement. All of the simulating companies from different world jointly form a stock market, and every company’s achievement has direct influence on the price of its stock.This dissertation is written with the information based on the three years operating practice of Youth(05F1) in the MG environment. The paper is based on the former condition of manufacturing strategy, formulating strategy and tactics, in order to practise and find out the problems and the reasons in manufacturing practice, so that the company can readjust its strategy to retain and maintain the advantages.The paper is divided into six chapters. The first chapter mainly gives a brief introduction of the MG course and our company (short for Youth); The second chapter is about the manufacturing management theory, which is the basement of the paper; The third chapter is about manufacturing strategy and strategic objective from2009to2011, which is based on the analysis of the internal and external environment of Youth; The fourth chapter is about the review of the major manufacturing tactics and practice in the past three years, then point out the problems to solve based on analysis of present solutions and at the same time revise the manufacturing strategy according different problems; in chapter five, the company reanalyzes the internal and external environment again and make the manufacturing strategy and tactics for the next3years from2012to2014.
