Research On Security Housing Problems In Jilin Province

After nearly30years of housing reform, our country multi-channel housingsystem has been established.It is simple to say that affordable housing system is toguarantee the person buy a house and live in it.It is a "public products" which thegovernment provided under the conditions of market economy. Because the pricesrose too quickly in recent years, it causing the urban residents’ serious discontent andthe consumption’ level imbalances. No matter from the angle of political andeconomic. Affordable housing to establish and perfect the system of social stability,they all have certain stimulative effect. This article is focusing on the Jilin province’saffordable housing related low-cost housing, public rental room and so on.In this paper have five parts, the first part is the preface, including paper tochoosing background, my research purpose and meaning, scholars’s study at homeand abroad for affordable housing status.The second part is the theory basis of affordable housing in China, mainlyintroduced respectively Marx and Engels’s housing theory, affordable housingeconomics theory of legal theory and affordable housing sociological theory. Ineconomics theory respectively introduces Keynes intervention in economic theory, thewelfare state theory, housing gradient consumption theory and market failure theory.In affordable housing sociological theory, introduced the Maslow’s demand theory,social exclusion theory and residential segregation theory.The third part is the present situation of Jilin province’S affordable housing, Jilinprovince’S affordable housing system including major content: the low-rent housing,public rental housing, mud house of straw transformation, and so on.The fourth part is mainly said that other provinces’s affordable housing forreference, mainly with the three provinces (Hebei province, Yunnan province andLiaoning province) to do analysis, it also include implementation, the implementationof the policy and the main experience.The fifth part is mainly introduce the affordable housing’s problems andsolutions suggest, fristly it pointed out some existing problems in Jilin province, andthen give corresponding solutions.The last part is the conclusion.
