E-mail marketing means transmitting the product information by e-mail. It makes the communication between the merchants and customers efficiently. E-mail marketing is widely used through the internet. But the efficiency does not fit the expectation. The reason is blindness during the e-mail marketing. So how to distinguish different kinds of customers and how to get the content focused timely are the most important thing. On the other hand, there are many records about the users’ log-in information and purchase information in the enterprise’s database. How to mining the useful rules from the database is researched now.In order to solve these problems, this thesis focus on this aims as follows:1Through the analysis of e-mail marketing situation at home and abroad, it clears the key aspect to improve in e-mail marketing system structure.2Designing an advanced e-mail marketing system structure using market segmentation and target tools. Mining the rules in the users’purchase information collected.3Based on the analysis of the customer purchase log, it gets the customer’s product preference. Combined with personalized recommend technology, it sends the personalized mail.The personalized e-mail marketing system structure has the extensive application value. Now most of the e-mail advertisement system has no custom-built function. The resource hiding in the enterprise database is valuable but not noticed. How to get the information through data mining tools is necessary. The personalized e-mail marketing system structure can be good solution above problems.
