| At home and abroad, using topological methods to study economic issues is increasingly common. But the use of topological structure method on the banking market power is much less. Topological structure methods ignore the size and the individual characteristics of the nodes in the network, only the analysis and study of the linkages between nodes. This paper is the use of this feature to apply research on the banking market power of the provincial-level administrative region of China. Through the different perspectives of analyze the characteristics of the Chinese banking market power, and to find the appropriate law.Study found that the first, based on the ideas and methods of topological structure, drawing a market power topological map of China banking, characterizing by its analysis, founding close to the bus topology, which is characterized by significant core nodes, these core nodes are the focusly maintenance provinces need to be considered from the perspective of market power, and the topology compared to a banking enterprise, set up outlets in order to maximize the benefits of the optimal path.Degree distribution through the topology analysis and found that it belongs to the Poisson distribution; characteristic path length analysis found that the maximum spanning tree network path and distribution, but its cost is the average characteristic path increases; through poly class coefficient analysis found that a banking market power provinces by the greater impact of neighboring provinces, the mutual the impression force of the smaller among its neighboring provinces.Phased evolution of China’s banking industry as well as China Everbright Bank market power topological structure, analysis found that the topology of the whole period is not the simple merger of the two sub-period topological stucture, and two periods there are significant differences in the topology, this the differences may reflect two periods banking enterprises operating in some situation. In addition, by province in China market forces topology diagram drawn based on the two sets of data are compared, showing a similar trend. |
