The consumption of Chinese wine is increasing, especially the importedwine. Understanding the influence factors of the price of the imported winescould help the Chinese consumers to purchase the imported wine. Through thestatistics of the label of the imported wine on the Chinese market, we obtained5information of each bottle: the country of origin, wine region, the level of thewinery and aroma characters of the wine. Then we divide the imported winesinto six groups according to their prices:group1:<100yuan、group2:100~200yuan、group3:200~500yuan、group4:500~800yuan、group5:800~1400yuan and group6:>1400yuan. We analyze the impacts of three factors(the country of origin, wine region and the level of the winery)on the price ofthe imported wine. And we mainly studied the correlation between aromacharacters and the price of the imported wines. The results shows that:Theproducing country, region and the level of the winery could impact on the price;and at the range <1400yuan, there is a remarkable correlation between aroma characters and the price;we also have a regression equation of7aromacharacters(small berries, spice, wood, dried fruit, preserved fruit、chocolate andcondiment)with the price of the imported wine:Y(price)=0.122X1(smallberries)+0.146X2(seasoning)+0.054X3(spice)+0.160X4(chocolate)+0.143X5(wood)+0.278X6(tried fruit)+0.224X7(preserved fruit)-0.783。...
