After nearly20years of accumulation and development, Sports Fitness enterprise is good state in China, but there are many problems for in the initial development stage. How to maintain the existing members and improve the renewal rate is the core issue of how to deal with the enterprise and customer relations, that is customer relationship management (CRM) problem. CRM is an inevitable requirement to enhance enterprise competitiveness and value in the network economy era.Fitness industry as emerging industry in china, CRM consulting company is less in the fitness industry especially designed for the industry. As "health care products", Fitness industry has its particularity, such as consumers need to pay in advance for enjoying, longer contract period of service, service with consumption, multiple myeloma, etc. For these particularities, common CRM system is difficult to meet the needs of fitness enterprise actually work.Based on the investigation for the Shijiazhuang fitness enterprise and combined with the existing problems of enterprise and the management goal, this research designed a targeted CRM system for fitness enterprises. Used the data warehouse as the basis, the design meet that enterprise provides personalized service targets by prominent members personality, mining enterprise customers by analyzing the profit degree of member, finding the characteristics of these members through analyzing the loss customer and improving the services to retain old customers, communicating and exchanging through the way members like, members would appreciate the concern and attention. And I developed a strategy for fitness enterprise to implement CRM successfully.This research provided experience for the CRM system, while helpful for upgrading the level of management services and competitiveness of fitness enterprise, further improvingcompetitiveness of fitness industry.
