China is a country with more serious desertification. As one of the provinces with large area desertification in China, Inner Mongolia has caused high national attention. Actively planting vegetation suitable for the desert areas, not only can reduce the degree of sandy desertification and improve the ecological environment, but also can increase a very important stock of carbon sinks. Study of srubbery crbon snks in sndy aea is good attempt for the adjustment of carbon balance and climate change. Therefore, such study makes good sense for China, as well as for the globe. In this study, it took Caragana intermedia and Haloxylon as the research object. Through the mathematical model and economic software, measurement factors (plant height, trails, etc.) and shrub biomass regression equation, then get the calculation of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Dengkou County Caragana intermedia and Haloxylon carbon sink computational model of these two shrubs (Caragana intermedia optimal ground carbon sequestration calculation model for the C=.7985+1.917lnX,the variable X for R, is the crown of the shrub Caragana intermedia plants; the Haloxylon the best ground carbon sequestration calculation model for the C=0.1055+0.0265X, the variable X for D2H). And then calculate the Dengkou County Caragana intermedia contributed to the economic benefits of carbon sequestration70,009,926.66yuan. The study concludes that the ecological functions of the the evaluation Dengkou Desert Area layer, regional environmental construction and the development of regional ecosystem carbon management countermeasures to provide the theoretical basis of the reference.
