From China joining in the WTO, Retailer is the first industry of opening to the world. The global famous retailer giant started to occupy the mainland of China in2002, today, after ten years of opening to WTO, Chinese retail marketing have at least an annual rate10%growth, it takes surprise to retailer industry for ten years. But for the giant of retailers from Europe, America and developed country of Asian, what have the mature management experience, Chinese retailer enterprises are developing, and the competition is limited.Recent two years, in the effect of financial crisis and Europe dept crisis, the international economy situation is not optimistic, this lead to countries consumption year on year decline. But the same time in Chinese market consumption keep rapid development, and the turnover of national retailer in China is still new highs. This cause the giant retailer increase investment and accelerate the expansion pace in China. And the expansion also causes competition increasing. You must lose marketing share if you cannot begin to increase retail management and target to improve operations. Focus on the brand, satisfaction of shopper, loyalty, category management, price, promotion, location study and service, study and increase all these.In this paper, we analyze the data for the enterprise’s shopper satisfaction by means of market research, and give the advice for the enterprise management. Firstly, we analyze the whole retailer industry and the enterprise comparison with market. Secondly, according to the analysis of the enterprise, we give the proposal and design the questionnaire. Thirdly, we can get the weakness and strengths with the result of the questionnaire data, and we can give advice to management.
