The rapid development of the world economy, in the current market environment, through various modalities of financing investment projects in the operation and management of enterprises is essential during operations. Raise funds for projects of interest and fees, increasing enterprises’ share of the costs to be incurred. How finance charges may be an effective enterprise project management control in a very important position. Therefore, through grading management of modern enterprises, scientific system of budgeting and control methods control the financial costs, appropriate adjustments to these debt and investment management, to reduce the financial costs and financial risks, can greatly in favour of improving the cash flow of the project, in order to better promote the healthy development of enterprises.Company is a large petrochemical company, project number range, huge demand for project funding, how to better carry out the financial cost control is one of the priorities in the project funds management. J company is now in the project investment funds on the financial cost of management there are still some problems to be solved urgently.This article through a combination of case analysis of financial theory and actual project cost management, project funds management of financial cost savings strategies for in-depth exploration and research. Through a comprehensive analysis of the financial costs of current projects, project funding needs are met at the same time, find a new idea of saving financial costs of the existing system..Progressive exploration, for J company summarized financial funds management method of cost control of engineering projects.
