| Since2007, along with the real estate bubble burst, the U.S. sub-prime credit crisis emerged, triggering global financial crisis, and many major countries in the real economy, with varying degrees of impact. Many stakeholders to the root of this crisis to blame the accounting profession, this is the beginning of the20th century, the United States following the Enron represented by some of the world top500after the company’s financial scandal after another hit the accounting profession. Although the disaster many people will be all the responsibility attributed to the accounting profession is unreasonable, however, this crisis has made us more clearly recognize that some of the problems caused by the relevant institutions, mainly IASB&FASB on problem solving related to the continuous progress and project presentation in the financial report have made the greatest contribution.This article includes five parts. The first part is the introduction. The author briefly introduces the theme of this paper, structure and literature review articles. The second part clears from the book-style period, a single report period, the period of two to the period of three or four table system that the presentation of the financial reporting is constantly enriched and developed, and the economic environment is adapted. The third part reviews in detail the main content of the existing financial reporting projects and points out the shortcomings of the paper. The fourth part introduces and reviews on the main contents of Discussion paper-Preliminary views on financial statements presentation issued by IASB&FASB in2008. Basing on the previous parts, the fifth part reconsiders and proposes some ideas on the classification and the presentation of the information recognized in the financial statements base on Chinese accounting standards. Finally, the author brings forward the conclusion and the suggestion.There may be some ideas in this paper. First, the paper concentrates on the classification and presentation of the information recognized in the financial statement, which is different from most of the previous literature. So the paper can study carefully on this relative limited topic. Second, the paper puts forward some suggestions on the information classification and the information presentation to Chinese accounting standards based on the background of China and the ideas issued by IASB&FASB. The author hopes the suggestion would be helpful to the reformation of Chinese accounting standard Financial Statement Presentation. |
