Study On The Measurement Of Circullation Modernization And The Relationship With Economic Growth

At the beiginning of the Ninth Five-Year Plan period, China had put forward the planning of the economic growth pattern, vigorously developing the tertiary industry to improve the rationality allocation of resources.To the Eleventh Five-Year period, however, China has still proposed accelerating the transformation of economic growth. This suggests that the step of the development of China’s tertiary industry slow, and China need to speed up the development of the service industry. Now, with the IT increasingly updating, the economic development is impacted and has gradually been informationization and globalization. To meet the challenges of the information economy and the sustainable development, China must achieve the goal of rapid transformation of the mode of economic growth by the development of modern service industry development and by the modern IT. Circulation modernization development is the important feature and direction of the development of China’s service industry, so exploring regional circulation modern development path to make concrete analysis of concrete conditions is with of the theoretical and practical significance.Firstly, the connotation of the modernization and circulation modernization are reviewed Systematically, at the same time, we redefine the modern connotation of China’s circulation at the basic of the problems about the circulation. Around the concept of circulation modernization which this paper has defined, we establish the modern standard system of the Chinese circulation modernization and evalua the level of the circulation modernization in various regions of China from2005to2010by employing the "vertical and horizontal method", and then caculate the comprehensive level of circulation modernization for six years. These provide a forceful foundation and are helpful of analysing and knowing further the feature of Chinese circulation modernization. The integrated level of circulation modernization by using the Cluster Analysis method is divided into three echelons and the study found that Regional Disparity exist significantly. That circulation modernization higher level areas are mainly concentrated in the eastern coastal areas shows the more developed the economy is, the higher the level of modernization in circulation is. Furthermore, the factors of circulation modernization differences are mainly circulation manpower, transportation system, the level of information and circulation efficiency, Openness, labour productivity and employment contribution rate.Second, we further analysis of the development of Chinese circulation industry to economic growth at the foundation of the estimated circulation level of modernization. We estimated effect and analysis of the impact of circulation of the modern development of the economic growth paths by introducing circulation modernization variable to the economic growth model. The result is that the circulation industry mainly affect economic growth by directly promoting and by changing the efficiency of labor resource allocation to change output elasticity of factors. every one percentage point increase the circulation of the modern level of development, economies of scale will directly improve the0.02percentage points. The direct effect on economic growth in eastern coastal areas is higher than in the whole country. At the same time, the circulation modernization in eastern coastal areas indirectly impact on economic growth by both changing the efficiency of labor and resource allocation. The central and western regions of the circulation modernization directly effect of economic growth and the indirect effect is not obvious. Circulation can not fully play a role due to the lower level of circulation industrial. We can come to the conclusion that circulation level of industrial development in a certain extent determines the level of economic development, and that the areas of relatively developed economy can benefit from the circulation industry, which is fully exploited. While economic development in the central and western regions of relatively backward economy may be limited in the circulation industry backward development, which become a "bottleneck" of economic development.Finally, based on the above analysis, we present some policy advice and related recommendations.
