Business processes is an important carrier of the banking financial institutions toachieve business objectives. With the success of the joint-stock reform of Chinesecommercial banks, the banking financial institutions will reflect the business strategyof the differences in their respective business activities, and difference of the businessstrategy is always reflected by their respective business processes. In the late1980s,the United States took the lead in bank business processes reengineering, established acustomer-centric business system, established a flat, specialization, vertical,centralized, division system the mainstream organizational structure mode, theaverage yield substantial rise, and the banks of European have launched a processreengineering activities. Bank of China officially began to study business processreengineering in pace with the China Banking Regulatory Commission put forwardthe concept of "process bank” in2005. They had followed the foreign Success Stories,rural credit cooperative was one of them that did not get success, because the systemof rural credit cooperatives is not good enough, inefficient work phenomenon wassignificant problems that limit the development of enterprises.Rural credit cooperatives established in the1950s, as the main force in thefinancial support agricultural development and local financial institutions serving thecounty economy, it has experienced several reforms. In recent years, with theincreasing pressure of the rural credit cooperatives with the competition, in the case ofthe deteriorating external environment, Tieling rural credit cooperatives determinemarket development strategy, actively seize the financial market share Therefore, thecredit business of small and medium micro enterprises as a key project of the city’srural credit cooperatives, the processing cycle of their business processes andefficiency of rural credit cooperatives is very important.This paper identifies Tieling rural credit cooperatives for the study. It has beenoptimized business processes of small and medium micro enterprises credit. First, thearticle describes the process connotation, BPR, BPM, process bank "theory, as well as on the process description, process diagnostics, process optimization. Followed byanalysis of customer satisfaction, process the processing cycle analysis, time valueanalysis and dissemination of customer survey customer satisfaction, etc. Tieling City,rural credit cooperatives, small and medium micro enterprises credit businessprocesses were analyzed quantitatively.
