From the late20th century, the trend of financial globalization, develops more andmore strongly, greatly increased the interdependence between national economies, at thesame time weaken the relative independence of national economies, the internationalcapital flows accelerated worldwide. International capital flows have becomeincreasingly frequent hand to ease the pressure on the state capital, especially indeveloping countries, it also makes financial risks spread faster, leading to the instabilityof the global economic development, resulting in world-wide within the frequent theoutbreak of the international financial crisis, especially the international global financialcrisis triggered by the American Crisis, more research boom caused by the internationalcommunity on the regulation of international capital flows.This paper is divided into five parts: the opening is introduction, highlighting thebackground of the article topics, meaning, the main structure of the paper, innovationand inadequacies; The first chapter describes the historical process of internationalcapital flows; the second chapter summarizes the theoretical research on capital flowsand monetary policy; the third chapter proposes challenges and suggestions of perfectingthe International capital flows supervision system for our country in the post-crisis era;the fourth chapter proposes s a few suggestions for local financial institutions reform inthe post-crisis era. Through the analysis above, how to improve the regulatory system ofinternational capital flows in our country in the post-crisis era.
