From1978-2011,33years, local fiscal revenue scale grow nearly54times,with an average annual increase of12.9%. In the first half of the year, China’s GDP growth rateof7.8%, increase in recent years for the first time for less than8%of the level anddisplayed in the various complicated by unfavorable factors influence, and the currentour country’s economic growth speed positive fell gradually.
