Research On Performance Evaluation Of The Iron And Steel Enterprises By Taking The Sustainable Development As Its Guidance

Since20th Century, more and more environmental pollution events have been occurring on the global, environmental pollution、energy shortage、product safety and corporate social responsibility and other issues have been more and more attention by all circles of the society. In the domestic and international environment, the enterprise just blindly pursue economic benefit and ignore the ecological environment and social responsibility, this mode of development has not adapted to the current social, the current situation strongly need a kind of new economic development mode.This article is about the perspective of sustainable development, combined with the sustainable development theory and enterprise performance theory, on the basis of relevant documents and policies promulgated by the state, according to the steel enterprise actual situation, set up with iron and steel enterprise economic performance indicators, social performance and environmental performance indicators, respectively, and economic performance, social performance and environmental performance. Separate evaluation, the combination of these three aspects of performance indicators to build a set based on the sustainable development of iron and steel enterprise integrated performance evaluation model, and finally the comprehensive evaluation result and economic performance are compared with the results. This paper first introduces the enterprise performance evaluation based on sustainable development the background and the research status at home and abroad, followed by detailed expounded on the sustainable development and the enterprise performance evaluation system, and then introduced the evaluation index construction principle, and based on these principles, co(?)ined with the iron and steel enterprise actual situation setting in iron and steel enterprise economy index, environment index and social index, finally constructs a set based on the sustainable development of the iron and steel enterprises performance evaluation model, and set Jigang as an example, using the constructed evaluation system for its evaluation.
