Crisis happens frequently in local companies and foreign companies in China recently. Some companies ignore the complexity in new situation when they manage the crisis. They don’t take efficient methods to resolve issues according to different phases in time. It makes the crisis spreads fast even makes companies close down.Crisis communication is the most important part in crisis management. There are plenty of articles about crisis management in China. But there are few articles researching corresponding communication strategies according to different phases of crisis life circle. This article puts the crisis communication in the crisis life circle. And it can give directions to enterprises.Crisis events from2009to2011are analyzed in the article. The author makes a systematic research according to the dimension of hide phase, outburst phase, spread phase and eliminate phase. The emphasis of the analyze is the sources of crisis, the types of crisis.the areas which crisis usually happen, the disposing results of crisis and so on. The author explores the communication problems in crisis and the factors in communication according to the features of life circle in crisis. What is more, the author gives corresponding strategies about crisis and improves them by researching the communication channel, deliver process of information and communication environment. The result shows that communication is usually happen in food industry, dairy industry and biological medicine industry in the outburst phase and spread phase. The author thinks that different crisis periods have different features. And the emphasis of communication is different. The enterprise should pay more attention to internal communication and build communication system in hide phase. The enterprise also should implement the barrier-free communication and do well in communication with stakeholders in outburst and spread phase. In elimination phase, the enterprise should rebuild the company culture, fix the figure of company and make the internal communication smoothly. In a word, the enterprises should make more efforts to dispose communication to avoid crisis. The enterprises should react in time once crisis happens. And they should communicate with related people sincerely. analyze the result of communication and use the most efficient communication to resolve crisis.
