With China’s RMB exchange rate changes, the competitiveness of China’s export enterprises had a profound impact. China’s export enterprises has long been relying on cheap labor and low-cost advantages, occupy a dominant position in the international market, but with the accelerated process of RMB appreciation, China’s export enterprises are facing the grim situation. Traditional labor-intensive products is difficult to adapt to the new situation, seek the transformation and upgrading of the road of the future development of China’s export enterprises. In the literature review section, the paper focuses on the RMB exchange rate determination theory and the RMB exchange rate determinants, the impact of exchange rate changes on import and export competitiveness. This paper analyzes the relationship between the RMB exchange rate movements and export enterprises, pointed out that the future changes in trend of the RMB and the appreciation of the main reason, analyzes the development status of China’s export enterprises, pointed out the impact of the appreciation of the renminbi, China’s export enterprises and export enterprises in Shandong Province, for example, export enterprises in China’s future development ideas. In order to cope with the adverse effects brought about by the appreciation of the renminbi, the Chinese government and China’s export enterprises should timely adjust its policies to adjust business strategy to improve the response to the appreciation of the renminbi. Therefore, the significant relationship between the study of changes in the RMB exchange rate and export competitiveness of enterprises.
