The Risk Of Credit Card Customers Warning And Applied Research

With the rapid expansion of business scale and the continuous development of the credit card business, issuing banks also face many problems on the risk of credit card business which chanllenge their ability of risk management. Considerable resources of issuing banks have been devoted to the study on credit card risk management, which is well worth the effort and also the meaning of this paper.Firstly, this paper introduces the research background and domestic and international credit card risk management status. Based on the analysis of the credit card business process, the paper introduces in details the identification and evaluation of risks faced by the credit card business. Secondly, This paper then carried out a detailed study of the credit risk of credit card customers. The paper primarily through principal component analysis method to establish a credit card customer credit risk pattern to be used in practice. Lastly, the paper revaluates the results of the application of the model evaluation and continuous improves the pattern.The credit risk pattern of credit card customers is studied, and in practical work to be used, and has played a certain reference value to the related research work.
