All along, theorists attach great importance to the impact of the ownershipstructure on company performance. In1832, Berle and Means opened the first of thestudy on this issue, since then, many scholars have done many studies on this fromdifferent angles, due to the different background, they came to differentconclusions.Domestic research started late, began in the1990s, and these researches onthis issue mostly empirical research.Though foreign and domestic studies on this issueobtained a fruitful results, because of the different nature of each industry, there is anoptimal ownership structure for all industries, Therefore, this study of this issue will bebased on China’s real estate industry, in order to fully study the relevance and practicalsignificance.In China, the real estate industry is spending our national economy industries, therapid and orderly development of the real estate industry will greatly affect the healthydevelopment of the national economy. In addition, the healthy development of realestate is not only related to the orderly development of the economy, because housingproblems in China have been related to the fundamental interests of everyone, thehealthy development of real estate in our country are of great social and politicalsignificance.The first chapter is the introduction part of this article, this section describes thebackground and significance of this article,and foreign and domestic researchsituation;The second chapter is status of real estate listed companies’ ownershipstructures and corporate performance;The third chapter is the analysis of impact ofownership structure on performance. this chapter first gives the meaning of ownershipstructure and its classification.Then, the article respectively analyzes the impact ofproperty of the company’s equity on performance and the impact mechanism of theownership Concentration on the performance; The fourth chapter is empirical research;The fifth chapter is the conclusion of the study and some suggestions.
