In this paper, based on the software project risk management and influence diagramtheory methods to study, on the basis of analysis and recognition the risks in differentperiod in the software project development process, use explain structure model method toidentify risk factors for quantitative analysis, obtain the relationship between the riskfactors in each stage, and to have a risk management influence diagram model dynamictransitions with the relationship of the stages of risk factors, and to have a reasonableinference interpretation with the model, finally to HMF game platform systemdevelopment project as an example, to research the software project managementapplication based on risk management influence diagram. Applicationresearch shows that, the risk management influence diagram can well express theuncertainty of software project risk, and its modeling, inference and interpretation function,can very good support continuous risk management process.
