However, the total different consumer habits between before andcurrently, the consumption patterns radical have the huge changes, the fashion forall, individual consumption. In this case, the garment enterprises are increasinglyaware of the clothing market has tended to brand consumption, the future ofmarketing is brand competition, therefore, the brand is not only to provide highvalue-added product value-add, but also the enterprise will keep the lasting vitality.This research is dedicated studies depend on actual operation status andproblems faced of ZhuoXin Leather Company, study and analysis clothing industryenvironment, internal environment of company and problem faced, and also bycombine theoretical knowledge to propose solution and action to come toconclusion. To change the situation and reversing company, the need to create a fullrange of brand strategy plan,and establish its own brand to add value added basedon brand sales, and really learn how to establish a marketing intangible assets.However, it is difficult to survive depend on cheap labor and the advantages ofcapital a small profit on the today’s market, let alone sustained development grow.In order to reversing company status, continue development healthy and orderly,establishment own brand and increasing owe brand sales, with its owe intellectualproperty own brand export is necessary. This research, firstly, analysis the leatherindustry status and problem fully, then check the product export status and existingproblems, then, according to problem to find the root cause, and proposed solutionideas, practical ideas and strategy to create its own brand, and came to theconclusion.Of course, brand building is not a short period of time, it is a complex,long-termprocess. ZhuoXin Leather Company must proceed from practice,by full range of support and the joint efforts of all staff, ion value successfully established its ownbrand and own brand sales, the plan of export clothing brand will be achieved. Andalso, have some contribution and application on clothing industry company by thisstudy, provide some useful ideas for them.
