Research On Evaluation System And Standardized Management Of County Power Supply Enterprise Informatization

As "SG186" project construction and ERP promotion, the power supply enterprise company infonnation work of county has penetrated into every field of management and various business links. The roll of the information in enterprise management becomes more and more important. In the face of the new stage of development, power information is facing opportunities and challenges. How to guide the construction of information technology, how to control and how to achieve effective management? This needs a effective scale or a useful reference model to evaluate our information construction. It can standardize our information technological management, avoid risk and avoid waste and error. It escorts the construction of enterprise information. Building a strong IT structure, making IT and business integration, and realizing the effective control IT, promoting the performance of the information, make the information becomes the electric power enterprise group operation, intensive development, fine management important driving force, the realization enterprise management innovation.This article studies situation and existing problems of the county power supply enterprise information construction. From construction significance and principles of county power supply enterprise information construction evaluation system and combining the domestic and foreign research achievements and related both index and management measures, this problem of county power supply enterprise information construction evaluation system and standardized management are analyzed and evaluated in this paper. We make the qualitative and quantitative analysis induction from the survey and analysis of information system, planning and design, project examination and approval, to development of information system, application implementation, testing later maintenance, and system technology, hardware facilities, network environment, human resource and so on, we make quantitative and standardization for influence of the construction of the information index system, put forward some suggestions and thinking, construct standardization management process, and have a deep research on evaluation system with standardized management. We put forward the new idea and the management idea for the relationships of county power supply enterprise information construction.
