As the key state-owned corporation, China Mobile Communications Group Co.,Ltd (Abbreviation: China Mobile Communications) is the largest telecom operator inmarket value with the biggest scale network and customer group in the world. Asmobile business of rapid development, network scale is increasingly large, andnetwork complexity is increasingly high by Hunan mobile, the network structurechanges from dispersed to concentrated, the existing management way of complaintsabout the network cannot adapt to new of changes. Emerging as thedispermanagement structure of complaints about the network is dispersed, a largenumber of simple complaints directly were sent to maintenance personnel processing,complaints handling system respective independent, cannot integrated judgmentprocessing, customer generally reflect the complaints handling a long time andcustomer satisfaction is low. Hunan mobile network complaint improvement projectsis one of the important work to enhance customer satisfaction. Hunan mobile networkcomplaint improvement projects is one of the important work to enhance customersatisfaction.Starting from the situation of network management and complaints about thenetwork in China Mobile Hunan Co., Ltd, the article analyses many issues, such as thechange from decentralization to centralization of mobile network structure, thesurging complaints about the network and insufficient maintenance workers. It comesup with the improvement project on complaints about the network management.Thispaper discusses the project integration management plan. First of all to customerdemand, project needs were identified. It defines the scope of the project withbreakdown on progress, it formulates a schedule Gantt chart, network diagram and theprogress of the sub-item and quality, it assures the quality on project organizations,cross-functional team, task assignment, supplier management and quality control andother aspects. It lays a solid foundation for the implementation of the project bymaking plans on risk control. In the development of integrated management planningprocess, emphatically from the integrated management approach to the scope,schedule, quality, risk, cost planning in the conflict, coordination of the relationshipbetween, and ultimately determine the reasonable plan, ensure the overall programof optimal. In order to make sure of the project being done on time with good quality, fromthe perspective of integrated management for the progress of implementation,ChinaMobile Hunan Co., Ltd conducted careful management and control on implementationprocess, quality control, human resource recruitment and training, risk control, foundout the problems.In the change control process from project integration managementpoint of view, to take measures to solve the problems in the implementation, to ensurethat the project be completed on time and durability.In this paper, project planning, implementation and change with integratedmanagement theory, to coordinate the various problems, ensured project effect best.
